Reading Notes: The Mahabharata, Karmic Revolution Part F
The Mahabharata, Karmic Revolution
-Draupadi is absolutely upset. I think she should get revenge on Yudishthir.
-A shasan pulled Draupadi's clothes off, but they never ended. I think they should have bitten or attacked him.
-Duryodhana humiliated Draupadi further. She should fight him and win, gaining power from the gods.
-Draupadi gained a boon, and used it to release the Pandavas. Perhaps she uses it selfishly since Yudihisthira completely let her down?
-The Pandavas and the others are plotting each others' demises. Montage?
-Duryodhana plans to challenge them to dice again.
-Gandhari tried to stop them, but to no avail.
-Of course the Pandavas will lose, but they accept. They should decline and challenge Duryodhana in another way, that way their chances of winning are greater.
-Shakuni won the match, exiling the Pandavas. Kunti stayed behind.
-Duryodhana now owns the kingdom.
-Many followed the Pandavas a ways.
-Krishna tries to convince the Pandavas to declare war against their cousins. I think he should do this with the power of song or an epic poem. That would be hilarious.
-A rakshasa appears before the Pandavas! Bhima mostly takes care of this.
-Krishna is upset he couldn't help the Pandavas, so he sets out to help them, but the Pandavas do not want to take revenge. I think they should!
-Shalva got a flying ship from Shiva. He attacked the city because of his friend's death.
-Krishna destroyed Shalva, and promised his allegiance to the Pandavas.
-Arjuna must get weapons from Shiva and Indra. He meets Shiva by mistaking him for another hunter in the forest. Shiva gives him a fancy arrow.
-Arjuna is blessed with a mace and a noose by some gods, and a celestial weapon.
-Arjuna travels to heaven. Perhaps tell a short story about his experiences there?
-Arjuna is not happy with the time he's spending in heaven. He misses everyone. Perhaps he should sneak out?
