Learning Challenge: Deskercise

Deskercize Deskercize Article I decided to do a post on the new (to me) practice of Deskercize, which simply refers to small stretches and exercises you can do at your desk while working at the computer. This caught my eye because I'm trying to stick to my exercise regimen, and this seems like a fun new way to get those stretches in! I clicked on the first link I saw because honestly, the page format messed up and I thought it was the only article available. It included simple things that one normally does like grabbing the back of your chair and twisting and cracking your neck from side to side. These are things I've tried before, so I will most likely continue to do them because they provide relief and are very easy and fun to do.  One that I haven't tried but might add to my go-to stretches would be the reverse prayer pose.
